Your data is yours.

What you tell us: your SIGNAL answers, your check-ins, your completed and skipped actions, your purchases, and the messages you send MAX.

What we derive: your STAXXX ID, your STACKPRINT, your daily score, and progress patterns. Derived inferences always carry confidence and provenance — you can see why the system believes something.

We do not sell your data. We do not put your profile, conversations, progress, purchases, or referrals into ad pixels, public URLs, or social payloads.

We do not record health claims about you. Observed behavior, self-reported outcomes, and derived inferences are stored as separate kinds of data — they are never blended into something they are not.

Members can inspect, export, and delete their stored profile from the privacy center in their account. Deletion is real deletion, not a flag.

Anonymous SIGNAL sessions are keyed to a random token on your device, not to your identity, until you claim them.

STAXMAXXX is not a medical service. Anything clinical belongs with a licensed professional — we help you prepare for that conversation, never replace it.

When we send you to a lab, clinic, or supplement partner, that link can pay STAXMAXXX a marketing fee. We disclose it on the protocol page and on the outbound hop. We do not sell your SIGNAL answers to those partners.

SIGNAL answers, region, and lab-status you type are treated as sensitive. They are not used for ad pixels. They exist to route you to a lawful next step.
