STAXXX works with a small number of creators whose audiences trust them precisely because they say no often. If that is you, the terms are below — all of them, before you ever write to us.

The offer

30% of STAXXX BLACK net revenue from members you introduce, for their first 12 paid months. Contribution-safe commerce rates are contracted separately, category by category.

The contract

A written agreement, every time. Term, rates, attribution windows, disclosure obligations, and termination conditions — in the document, not in a DM.

Disclosures

Paid partnerships are disclosed as paid partnerships, in every format, per FTC guidance. No exceptions, no ambiguity, no “spontaneous” enthusiasm.

Approved claims

You receive a written claims list and you stay inside it. Creators never make health claims outside approved claims — no medical promises, no dosing talk, no transformation guarantees. Content outside the list does not run.

Onboarding

Standard tax onboarding before the first payout. Attribution is tracked from your link through signup and purchase.

Fraud review

Self-referrals, incentivized signups, and fake traffic are screened. Fraud voids commissions and ends the agreement.

Payout holds

A short holding period applies so chargebacks and refunds settle before commissions pay out. The hold length is in the contract.

We would rather pay one creator whose audience believes them than fifty whose audiences scroll past. If you turn down more deals than you take, we will probably get along.
